Every time I have been to this store I always have been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is knowledgeable,courteous and well versed on their service and products. They take the time to help you and make you feel valued as a customer. They always keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle and the store is always clean and the customer service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Discount Tire was recommended by a family member and the whole process was very easy. I purchased tires online and scheduled an appointment. After arriving, I did have to wait a short time, as they were busy. The person who waited on me was very friendly as was the technician who put my tires on. The wait time was not long at all, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Yukon store. Elijah very professional, very knowledgeable and very kind. Offered me several choices, different prices, and mileage. They were very busy. I had not made an appointment. I just walked in. I found out when I could be served and left for one hour and came back. I was only there 30 minutes, when I returned, before the car was done. I was very pleased.

Don’t bother booking an appointment online to drop off your vehicle as you will just stand in line waiting in line to check in with everyone else that didn’t book an appointment ahead of time. The wait can be considerable like 20 min or even more. Plus you get the joy of standing in line again when you come back to pick up your vehicle.

There were a couple of customers who were not being very nice and I thought the guys handled them with a great deal of patience. The store seems more crowded and hectic than it used to, maybe that’s because you are getting more business. Also, I feel like the previous managers had a presence in the store. I don’t know who the new manager is, and don’t feel like I saw anyone around who was a manager.
