A great store to buy tires, and they fixed my tire, had a screw in it, no charge.

Tire pressure light! Tried to pump up the low tire. Why didn't I buy that cool air pump yesterday? Who's open Saturday morning? And not far away with the low tire... Dropped off the truck about 10:30. Landon went over the details. Looked like the tire can be repaired. And they'd rotate the tires and reset the sensors. No charge? Told Landon he was crazy. About an hour later, tire was fixed. Others rotated. No charge!? Drove away amazed how smooth it all went. Worried my Land Rover would have something glitch. Everything's fine. Think I'll drop some Thank You candy off soon.

Impressive work getting done here. The store was very busy while I was in but noticed that everyone was being promptly helped. Scheduling online was easy and helped save everyone time. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My truck and I are much happier for it.

Wait time very exceptable. Employees knowledge of product A-1. I bought tires for a trip to Utah from Oregon. The tires were All Terain. Very quiet. Upon my return I purchased four new rims. Same great service. Prices are best in the area. Thank you Discount Tire Employees on West 11th Eugene Oregon. Highly recommend Discount Tires to everyone.

Landon was extremely helpful. This is our second visit to this particular store. We've always had positive experiences with Discount Tire. Any location we have visited has always been positive and the prices are great.

Great experience and everybody was very professional. They informed me of the progress as it went at a halfway point and a 3/4 point I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and they offered to change my windshield wipers, which needed to be done if you have a Tesla this is the best place to go.

One of the lug nuts was broken but the manager arranged for me to get it fixed immediately and they agreed to pay for the cost. I was happy with the tires the prices and the quality of this experience. I will definitely be buying future tires from one of your stores and we recommend your business to my friends.

I have been going to Discount Tire for years. I like the staff and the quality of work.

Gabe was helpful and patient helping me choose a wheel/tire package that would work with my specific car. When the package arrived they were fast and very professional with the installation. Very pleased with the entire experience.

I choose to drive from East Springfield all the way to West Eugene to go to Discount tires for their AMAZING service and friendly employees.

They update frequently. Provide accurate wait times. I just would have preferred they left my RV locked when parked for me in back—it took a little while to check out.

The tyres of my Dually (front to be specific) were shot and with rainy season coming back, I knew that tread was far better than me trying to get my Jedi on and use the force in trying to turn. Discount Tire had 2 tyres for me and had an appointment time and the process of paying and scheduling online was a breeze. I arrived and was greeted immediately. My truck was taken into a bay and was returned to me absent bologna skins up front. I will definitely frequent and recommend this location.

Make an appt and the sit there for 2-1/2 hrs for a rotation and balance leave the store and balance is worse then when I got there. Have to go with another appt scheduled and wait over another 2 hrs to get the balance fixed

Wait time was excessive even with early AM appointment, 90 minutes for rotation and balance. Otherwise experience was pleasant

Towed in after a roadside emergency, and did not have an appointment. These guys installed four new tires and had me back on the road before I could have a cup of coffee! All I can say is WOW!

Best customer service I've had in a long time.
