Always professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Matthew did a wonderful job and helped me get a great set of tires. I will be coming back here for tire needs in the future.
The best, as always, thanks y'all!
I will go back when I need any tire work done.
Excellent service!
Well run store and Travis was professional, very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this store.
They scarred up my wheels and took close to an hour to rotate and balance my tires even after an appointment.
The workers make the environment quite tense and really talk LOUD, almost like a drill sergeant mentality and really know how to put u on the spot when making sales. They are VERY pushy with selling each and everything little thing and make u feel guilty for declining stuff. But I don’t really care, as being a customer, I can choose whatever services I want and don’t need to be forced into paying for extra unnecessary little stuff. They have SUCKED about communicating with eachother. I dropped off my car a few weeks ago to get two tires changed, I told them i would be walking around to go around a local spot and coming right back, when I got back I clearly saw the car done and the staff knew I was back and parked it anyway in the long term wait area, and didn’t let me know when I arrived back. Keep in mind the same staff member who saw me and checked me in, REMAINED in the office, saw me walk back in, and didn’t alert me the car was done….i had to go out, see that it was done, then go back in and ask the employee the status on it. He goes OHHH I THOUGHT u were gone to target and dropped the car off, acting like I wasn’t sitting around him for the last 20 mins wondering when my car would be done…overall they mean well but have a LONG way to go in figuring out how BEST to serve their customers, that starts with BETTER communication, and not being super uptight and pushy. You simply listen to the customer, present the options, and let them decide. And you don’t need to be so LOUD that the entire store can hear the conversation you’re having with the customer. Lastly, I will ALWAYS notice as one staff member deals with a customer and goes out to help them and abother staff member walks in (normally expecting them to help the next in line) they’ll instantly just pickup the ringing phone, ignore those who are THERE IN PERSON, and let the line sit there with no care or consideration of their time. I understand the need to also tend to phone callers but maybe have a seperate guy in the back room handle that, and let them front office people handle those who are there with more urgent snd pressing matters. Don’t ever give those who are in line the impression they aren’t important and just ignore them, I HATE that.
AMAZING! Great service, great prices, great staff. I keep going back for a reason :)
