Before you purchase tires, you should definitely consider this Store and location. Great product choices and exemplary service. I have purchased both track tires for my sporting car and off road capable tires for my overlanding rig. Service was done as scheduled and walk in same day service as well. I usually will do online scheduling for tire rotations, but I have had same day service for tire purchases as well. Text messaging of the service of your vehicle keeps you informed of wait times for pick up if you dropped your car off.

I had gone to Discount Tires in another state and liked the products and service. I walked into a waiting room full of customers, but was helped within just a few minutes. The associate inspected my cars tires and checked the wiper blades. As I expected, I was due for 4 new tires. I like the selection offered and I really appreciate the tires warranty! Was told the wait would be about 40 minutes. I settled myself in for the wait and 20 minutes later my car was finished!! All personnel were knowledgable and extremely helpful! This was a very efficiently run store.

Your company provided great service for the staff and a clean/open waiting area. I went in with a bolt in my tire. I was planning on replacing my tires in the Spring and asked if they could patch it. They were able to successfully patch my tire and did not charge me for the repair. I know these types of services cost the company money, and so I was surprised and grateful that there was no charge. Thank you. I'll be doing business with Discount Tires going forward.
