Personnel are “always” courteous, and seem to go out of their way to help, whatever my vehicle needs may be, NEVER pushy, only helpful!

The process to have our tires inspected and recommendation for new tires and having them installed was thorough and fairly quick. We are impressed with the ride we are getting with our new tires.

I recently (1 month ago) bought some tires from the website, and after a few weeks waiting on them to ship got the tires installed on tuesday. In regards specifically to the in-store experience, it was good. They squeezed me into an already busy day, and the wait time was reasonable for such conditions. My only complaint about this store is that if your tires are taking a long time to arrive, they'll offer you a free "upgrade" however not once was I asked what kind of tire i wanted or why. It felt like they just wanted to give me excess stock to clear out the storeroom, not give me a true upgrade. The tire i was offered had worse driving characteristics (noise, snow performance, weight which affects mpg)than the ones i chose. This just annoyed me a bit, i picked the ones i picked for a reason. If you dont ask me what that reason is, how can you offer me tires that suit my needs and priorities?

My only gripe about this store is the long lines and wait times. But they have a lot of business because they do it right.

Nice employee and manager Wait time is to long if you have on appointment to see a sales rep. Would be nice to have appointment customer would be help first.

Based on the service provided by Greyson and other employees, I highly recommend the Old Fort Pkwy location. This team is setting the standard to match and/or exceed for service and efficiency in the tire industry!
