Manager was great. They were fast. delighted with the experience on a busy Saturday morning.

Made an appointment for service online. Checked in on the app upon arrival. Both gentlemen that assisted me upon arrival and departure were exceptional.

We’ve visited several times and Erick has helped us with our most recent visits. He has great customer service skills, listens to what we have to say, knowledgeable and quick to help.

Everyone I have ever interacted with at Discount Tires has been friendly and helpful. I like that they have stores pretty much everywhere I travel in case I have a tire problem. I love the insurance that covers the cost of a replacement tire should I need it.

The service was great I cannot complain at all considering how late it was in the day and the customer rush the team did excellent in the shop and sales side. The rep was honest about wait time which allowed us to leave get dinner and return expecting the vehicle to not be ready because of the incredible amount of vehicles that were already there when we first got there and to our surprise when we returned no more than an hour later the parking lot was empty just 2 cars left with ours being one of them. Amazing service the team certainly surpassed our expectations.

Devin was an outstanding store associate. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended the exact tires I wanted to achieve a meatier, more aggressive look for my Jeep. He also encouraged me to purchase them online, which made the process seamless. The tires arrived within just a few days, and the installation was completed much faster than expected. I truly appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout the entire experience.

Rim guards were removed and not returned and my wheel was damaged when they were removed.

The tire pressure was showing too high when we picked the car up. Still not showing correctly. We do not have our key fob. The last time we remembered seeing it was when we brought it to you. We had our other one when picked up. Hopefully we will find it
