Had a great experience

An ESL friend had a tire with a bad leak. I inflated tire to reach the Kemah store. Quickly inspected, not repairable, left car, secured inside, to await replacement next AM. Installed 2 matching rear tires. Efficient, it was terrific a Spanish speaking employee assisted her throughout. Car done on time.

The Discount Tire Store in Clear Lake Shores, Texas is a wonderful business. Their staff is extremely competent, professional and knowledgeable. Justin was the person that checked me in, and he is excellent at his job as is Jordan, who has helped me on previous occasions. It is obvious why Discount Tire is always busy, and it is because the staff is very friendly, courteous and really good at estimating the time it takes to fix the problem. I also have NEVER heard any complaining about the staff at Discount Tire as they truly care about their customers! That tells me that whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job! It is always a wonderful experience and this last time, because of a flat tire, they saved my day!

Only had to wait because I got there before opening. Booking appointment is the only way to go now. Tire had a screw in the tread and was in and out in about a 1/2 hour. Great courteous service here (and an IHOP next door for your wait).

This place is a joke, they need to slow down and start caring for customers cars or trucks. They can't get air pressures correct, I brought nice new valve stems with caps,got a few used caps instead, the wheel weights were stacked on top of each other. Truck was parked up against a curb and scuffed up the tires. I would find some where that cares about thier customers and their cars or trucks!!

Mario found the invoice and certs on previous purchase and linked it to my account. He even followed up with a phone call to update me after I left store and emailed me a copy of the invoice. Awesome customer service!

Always excellent sometimes they are just to busy so I come back they've kept me rolling for 30+ years I wouldn't go anywhere else

They left off my tire caps and did not return my wheel lock. Had to drive back to the store to get it. Wasn’t sure if they changed my wiper blades cause the guy that was supposed to change them went to lunch. They are in too big of a hurry to get you out.
