Horrible customer service sales rep started insinuating. I purposely caused the damage to my tires. This makes no sense as the tires were only four months old and I paid over $2400 for the set it seemed like discount was trying to weasel their way out of warrantying damaged tires. But the rep was real quick at trying to sell me more CERT, even though he accused me of nefarious activity with my tires kind of doesn’t make sense does it?

Good overall experience

It's a good store. If your shopping online don't expect to get what you originally ordered and expect to pay more when you go into the store. Oh and make sure they program your tpms cause I am 100% sure they didn't.

Despite the store going through renovations and had a long line, the service was on point. I scheduled my appointment online and didn't have to wait in line. I bought new tires and also had an alignment done and my car was ready in about an hour and half or less. Highly recommend Discount Tires on SPID and Greenwood.
