Very friendly and courteous. Got me in and out in a short amount of time. I had a nail in the side wall of my tire. And they replaced my tire under my warranty. My only charge was for a new warranty for the new tire. As a widow on a limited income it gives me great piece of mind to know buying my tires from Discount Tires I’ll be taken care of. I’ll never buy them anywhere else.

Fast and great service

Was impressed on the cleanliness and operation of how this location ran. I walked in minutes before they opened and they had already began assisting the customers ahead of me. There was no waiting until 8:00 on the dot to get started. Everyone was pleasant, and made sure to go out of the way to make me aware of where I was in the process. In all, I had a tire rotation AND new sensors on my tires in under half an hour. I usually frequent another DT in the area, but I am definitely making this location my regular store, moving forward.

The absolute best customer service I’ve experienced. Employee knowledge is unmatched. Employees curiosity is unmatched. Prices are always fair. Why would you go anywhere else for tires or wider blades????

All associates were very empathetic, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The surroundings were neat and clean. The wait time was accurate and prompt. Highly recommend this store.

good customer service friendly atmosphere decent price

They don't do a complete job, I went to have my tires rotated, I asked 3 times if they had reset the pressure sensors and they told me yes... they lied, I had to spend time and money in another place where they reset the sensors.
