Great place! Everyone thete is helpful & friendly. Some other stores not so much. The store in cedar hill told me they were too busy to check the air in my tires. I only go to the store on Hampton. Always great service. Thanks!

I made an appointment online for a tire replacement because I knew walk ins take too long. When I got there they told me my tire couldn’t be repaired. I knew that. That’s why I made the appointment. They said it was the wrong appointment and needed to come back with another appointment to have it replaced. It wasn’t until me demanding a manager that they fixed it. Then they quoted me the most expensive tire at $250!! When I said I just needed a basic tire they said they didn’t have any in stock. Again, I had to demand a manager to get it done. And shockingly, a tire for $116 was found. The other staff was joking around that now he’s going to be behind because of the tire change not being accounted for. When they finished, the guy told me to back out but I hadn’t gotten my debit card back. I said not until I get my debit card but he said to back out anyways. The staff was just overall rude and will not be going back to any discount tire. I’d rather go to a local shop that’s going to appreciate my business.

Salesperson drove to the warehouse to get my tires to ensure that I left on time with the tires that I bought.
