Great experience even though it was pouring down raining.

This location has a very caring team and takes care of its customers. I went in with a low psi and ended up needing a replacement tire. The weather was going to be bad (hurricane) so they out a loaner tire instead of using my spare so that it would be safe for me to drive. Friendly and helpful staff that made me feel as though they cared about my safety. Thank you again.

I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he has red/orange hair. 10/10 for me. I drove up to have air put in, I told him my concern with one tire specifically and he checked for me and identified I had a nail. Without hesitation, he offered to fix it if I had time. I got off to check in at the office. He noticed I was waiting a bit so he came to take my keys and got started on it immediately. While someone assisted me in the front. He showed urgency, and amazing customer service, and was all around such a pleasant experience. Shout out to him! Thank you!

The employees at the Friendswood, Texas Discount Tire are impressive. They are prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. I purchased my tires and scheduled the installation appointment online. My new tires were installed in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend Discount Tire.

I love all DT stores, but especially this one. I moved about 45 minutes away but come to this location when I can. Something especially nice happened at this visit. I was leaving and was halfway out of the parking lot when two staff members approached. They let me know that they were checking to ensure that my car's spare tire was appropriately aired and found that my car did not even have a spare. WOW! Great information for me as I did not know that, and I am about to travel across the country. Great service!

Have only had one bad experience over the past 20 years. But it was a very bad experience. Leaving me needing emergency roadside assistance to change a flat tire
