Sylvester was awesome and very kind. He assisted me throughout the entire process and even surprised me with dinner for having to come back and get my tires rebalanced. Daniel also had impeccable communication and customer service.

Without a doubt...Discount Tire in Haker Heights is the only place I buy tires or have them serviced. The staff is so friendly and courteous and you cant beat their prices on sales and service. Highly recommend if you need tires...this is the place to go! Nate and the guys at Discount Tire will take care of all of your tire needs.

I have had poor experience with competitors in the past, so my expectations were not very high for this, my first visit to Discount Tires. I came here to both avoid the competitor and because the tires I wanted were available at a competitive price. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, professionalism, and good service I received from everyone I interacted with. Wait time expectations were accurately communicated and achieved. Updates were provided during the install and alignment process. I was more than pleasantly surprised, and will be back for my next set of tires.

This has been my “go-to” Discount Tire store for years now. In spite of the constant rotation of new workers…this store seems to keep a stable crew of helpful, responsive, respectful, friendly Associates and Managers. Can’t say that for other locations I have visited. But anywhere Max and Brandon is working…I’m confident in getting good vehicle attention and great overall service because it’s been that way since I’ve crossed paths with these guys, years ago now. Brandon is the absolute best, period! Keep guys like this around as much as possible, as long as possible! Very much appreciated!

I liked the put hands on tire approach to make sure the tire I was looking for was actually in stock.
