I made an appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated and it still took 1.5 hours. This store is always busy. Next time I think I will just show up before they open, or drop my vehicle off.

As soon as I arrived to the store I was greeted with a smile and a how was your day. He was very easy to talk to and understood my concern and assisted in finding the best tires with a low price for my Honda CRV! Provided me with payment options as well if I was interested! As well inspected my wipers and made me aware it was time to replace them. I ended purchasing my tires through the discount tire credit card and loved the promotion and discount received by using the card. Their timing is on point and they try to get you out of there in a timely manner. Over all everyone was approachable and knowledgeable at this location!! Kudos!! I purchased all tires from discount tire for all my 3 vehicles for the past 10 years!!

It was pouring down rain and almost closing time and they did a very good job and stayed a little past closing time.

This store has very knowledgeable and respectful people working here. They have great and prompt service, and would definitely be making more trips often to this location.

when ask to fix a flat fix don't tell that there is a one inch from each side of tire that you can't put a patch on it can be done get the bigger patches or put 2-3 small patches I understand you patch the side wall of a tire also let the customer decide what they can do and NOT the employee to tell the customer you have to do this we can't patch the tire OR we can't touch the tire or the tire is too old that's NOT discount tires decision thats the driver of that autos decision not everybody has money that they can throw out for new tires I have dealt with discount tires for years and they keep changing there way of getting people to buy new tires not everybody can do that

I called and spoke to Robert a day prior, he ordered the tires, made an appt. for 4:30. Next day, I was late, went to Almeda store vs Monroe, was 25 minutes late and was still in and out in less than 35 mins. Thank you all! Great service..

I had an apparent blow out while driving on 45 North. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot of Discount Tire, I was welcomed by Jose and another sales associate. I had in my mind that I would have to pay close to $200.00 for a brand new tire. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the replacement. By my choice, Jose was able to find a brand new tire that was different from the brand of tire that was being replaced for $39.60. I need to add this was because I have the warranty package for all of my tires. If they ask do you want a warranty/extended warranty, get it because it pays off in the end.

I leave work at 5pm and each time (3x) I’ve visited everyone has been super attentive.
