Alan and the staff were professional and courteous. Everyone made sure myself and the other customers had a positive experience.

All staff were amazing. I was helped even before the store opened. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. By purchasing and booking online, I was back on the road in 20 minutes with my preferred set of tires. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend this store and the multiple staff that helped me.

First and foremost, I want to clarify that this message does not reflect negatively on Sr. Johnny, who was quite good at listening to my side of the story. However, I find the manager's behavior very unprofessional. After someone threw away two of my Tesla wheels, I attempted to start a claim. The manager informed me that I am no longer welcome to do business with that store, without hearing my side of the story and based solely on what her employee said. I requested multiple times to meet with her and demonstrate that four 255/40/20 tires, my son's car seat, his stroller, and two 20-inch wheels would not fit in my vehicle. She refused to come out, talk, or call me back. As a customer who buys tires every month for all three of my Teslas, I find this lack of communication unacceptable. It's been over six weeks, and I have only heard from one person in the claims department. No manager, AVP, or anyone else has reached out. This store needs retraining on the importance of integrity and upholding the standards that Discount Tire should represent.

This was a fantastic store! The manager Megan was helpful and kind. She listened to each of my questions and concerns and took care of everything. Each employee I interacted with was happy and eager to help. The store was clean and inviting. I was in and out in no time. Love this store will for sure be back to this location!
