No one really. I ordered and paid for four tires online and set an appointment. Walked in, handed a rep. my key and when done was called to get my car. No hassle. Was there only 30-45 minutes and that's because I was early for my appointment.

I went to the free air check at Discount Tire on a Saturday because my tire pressure light was on again. The last time I was there, they said I had a slow leak and should get the tire checked as soon as possible. On Saturday after they aired up my tires, that gentleman called inside to ask for the estimated wait time and they said 45min-an hour, which is great for a Saturday walk in. So, I parked my car and they took care of it! Every associate I encountered, from air check, to front desk, to the technician- all had great attitudes for such a BUSY Saturday and I was very appreciative of their service. I’ll be back for sure.

This was my first time visiting this location because I was nearby. Everyone at this branch was extremely friendly and quick to help. The problem was identified & taken care of in about 15 minutes! It was amazing!
