Everyone at the store were tremendous.

I purchased two tires for my suburban and when they installed them I thought they had loaded my used still in good condition tires in back of my suburban and they kept them . I haven’t gone to claim them but I am very disappointed about not having my used tires .

Was visiting to repair a damaged tire that I had purchased coverage for and the salesperson stated vehicle required new tires and an alignment even after I requested he inspect the tires to which he stated nothing was wrong with the tires. After getting my vehicle back, I asked for the old tires back and received them as well as an alignment report. As I had suspected, very little was done to the alignment and one of the tires did have a major imperfection. So I ended up making an unnecessary expense which I am very disappointed with. This time Discount Tire is a major disappointment.

Recent visit resulted in long wait time even with an appointment and no wait or status updates on the delay. Left store without any service being completed as I had waited over an hour and had an important appointment elsewhere. Expect high wait times.
