Made online appointment; when I arrived I was met in parking lot and directed to move vehicle directly into bay. Within 5 minutes of arrival wheels were removed and new tires waiting. Great staff, very professional and very quick. Highly recommend.

Hello, I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment. I was originally told it would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking almost two hours. After I picked up the truck, the wheels started shaking heavily at around 40 mph. This issue did not exist before the alignment. I came back on Saturday around 4:30 PM, but was told the technician had already left. I returned on Monday, stayed for over an hour, and was then told that my front tires are bad. Please understand — the vibration started only after your alignment. I then rotated the tires and the vibration remained. At this point, I would like your team to re-inspect the alignment or provide a solution, otherwise I will need to get a second opinion from the dealership.
