I have been going to this Discount Tire location for years. I purchase tires for two vehicles here. On this last trip, it was unplanned. I drove my wife’s car to Costco after a low pressure reading in a tire. Saw a screw in the tire and drove here. Tire was repaired for free and received great and friendly service. I am a dedicated customer here and would highly recommend.

Cooper was excellent and efficient. He led his team well. Tire rotation, air check, and spin balance with 15 minutes Well Done. Cooper is a future leader for Discount Tire a great hire. Please recognize him and his team.

The air check service line at this location is run so efficiently, and with such courtesy. It’s hard to find complementary service like this anywhere. I appreciate doing business that serves its customers and community in this way.

I have been using this store since the day it opened. Quite some time ago I was told that they had 2 bays dedicated to those who made a reservation on line. Work always started on my car w/in 15 min of arrival. Not this time. It took 1 hour before work started on my car and needing only an R&B work was finished in under 20 min. By watching the cars on the lot and customers in the store it seemed like my car was added to the cue. There no longer seemed to be an advantage to making a reservation.

As always, Discount Tire is the best at what they do. Reasonable prices, highly knowledgeable, friendly.......what more could you ask? I have been a loyal customer for 25 years.....

I have been a customer more than 15 years at different locations in different states. Consistently good experiences, but the Keller Texas location in particular, is truly exceptional. Great people, great service, every time.
