Very fast in and out experience, now the second time in a row. I checked in and schedules, bought, and paid both times online, which helps. Both times were only two tires, but now they all match.

Great service as always. Great selection of tires. Always have what I need. I have 1970 Datsun truck a Nissan LEAF (electric) also a Nissan Frontier. They have tires for everything I need!

Friday, 3, October, 2025 So, a little information about me first. I am 53 years old, a Mom, a veteran, and the daughter of a veteran who worked on cars his entire life. I have better-than-average knowledge of cars and can do some things on my own (well, could, let's face it, I'm old!) So I had bad tires and bought a set of four from Discount Tire on their website. On Fri, 3, October, 2025, I had one of my tires go flat. I had scheduled them to be replaced the following week, on the 8th. I changed my tire, putting on the crappy donut spare, and drove to my favorite Discount Tire store at 2260 State Highway 121 in Plano. The young technician at the service desk (Jacob, thank you so much!!) helped me get 4 tires put on my car that day. In fact, he found me 4 much better tires than the ones I had purchased, and they only cost me 2$ more a piece. The ones I ordered for the following week were not available in store and had to be shipped in, so getting those better tires on was fortuitous. Jacob quoted me a 2 hr wait time; the place was super busy, as expected. I dropped off my car and went about my day with my daughter. (I was helping her get brakes on her Kia Soul that day, when I got the flat). I got a call back in about 30 minutes telling me my car was all set to go. I was happy to get my car earlier than expected. Great and fast service is what I have come to expect from Discount Tire. I have been buying my tires from them for over a decade. I always recommend Discount Tire to my family and friends. The people at Discount Tire treat me and my cars with respect. I highly recommend this company; the technicians and salesmen are fantastic.
