New Tires and Wheel Store in Rockwall, TX 75087

As I had never had to purchase tires before I am thankful I had a nice young man to advice me.

They were super quick for a Saturday afternoon. I booked a 12:45 appointment online the night before and waited in store for all new tires. My car was ready to go by 1:15! Clean lobby/waiting area, friendly and upbeat staff, complimentary water bottles and coffee… just wish they had a restroom available for waiting customers. The staff didn’t try to oversell me or sell me products that were outside of what I came in for. Overall great experience and will be returning here for all future tire needs!

Quick, honest and good service. I scheduled a wheel/tire rebalance and told the store that if my current wheels/tires didnt balance out well or had any issues (tire flat spots/wheel cracks/corrosion) that I would like to replace everything. They did not try to upsell me even knowing I was happy to spend more. Service was quick, very reasonably priced and vibration is gone. Discount tire has been one of my favorite businesses for years, I've used them in five different states and am always happy with the service.

This location is always busy, but book your appointment online to receive the fastest service. They will always work you into the schedule if you have an immediate need.

Great experience! Came in to get tires filled with air due to my pressure light coming on. It had been doing that for awhile despite getting 4 brand new tires from another shop. Took it to the discount tires in Rowlett where they filled it and the pressure light came on again 2 days later. I decided to take it to the Rockwall location to get the tires filled as it was closer. I was serviced by Ethan who not only filled my tires with air but was extremely diligent in assessing all my tires and figured out immediately that I had a valve stem leak that keeps causing my low tire pressure light to come on. Ethan explained how it would be fixed, how to book the service for it, and what to expect when I come in. I felt very confident, especially since it was my first time personally taking my car to the shop alone. I really want to appreciate Ethan for his knowledge and for being so attentive with my car needs. I will definitely come back again!

Chris was very helpful when I went into the store. He greeted me almost immediately after finishing with a customer ahead of me. He listened as I explained the situation with our tire. He told me they would try to repair it but if not they would call me with my options. He was very polite and honest. I appreciate all their help with the car. I would defiantly recommend him and their store to others. It was a great experience.

The location in Rockwall is my preferred location simply because the people there are always knowledgeable and kind. They treat others with respect and do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Michael went above and beyond to make sure that every thing was taken care with my vehicle. Will most certainly return to that location.

This store has the best customer service I have seen in some time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was helped within a few minutes. He was very friendly and respectful made me feel welcomed and that I was getting the best care I needed. Checked my car out then showed me several options within my price range. My car was ready in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back.
