Willie at this specific store is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and taken care of. Because of him, they will forever have a loyal customer. I never had better service at ANY other car place. Discount Tire will always be my go to for any of my tire needs. I am so grateful I was helped by him (Willie). He’s absolutely fantastic and he needs a raise or acknowledgement for the good he does. I hope that him and the guys at the shop are blessed in all they do.

I recently visited the Discount Tire store on Blanco Rd in San Antonio for an alignment on my Chevy Bolt EV after purchasing new tires. The staff, especially Yakoma, Eddie, and Manny, were friendly and attentive throughout the process. My alignment is spot on, and I appreciate the efficiency. However, I did encounter some issues with the wipers Yakoma recommended and a scratch on my vehicle. While these setbacks were frustrating, the team was willing to replace the new wipers since they were faulty. Manager Jeremiah even offered complimentary detailing and to buff out the scratch by referring me to The Wash Tub near their store; unfortunately, they couldn’t get rid of the scratch. Overall, while there were bumps in the road, the service was solid, and I appreciate the friendly staff. I believe in giving credit where it’s due!

I have been coming to this store for tires, air pressure checks etc. for several years and never had a single thing to complain about. When they have needed to take the car in, the wait time I was given was very accurate. Other family members go to the shop near Thousand Oaks and 281 and find the same treatment there. Your employees are trained very well.

Tim and Jeremy did a great job providing quality and efficiency. They gave me the best price in town for the best tires. Thank you!
