Employees were all friendly and helpful. They kept me updated with my wait time. I'm glad the reminded me about my wiper blades because I needed one for my back windshield. The wait time was less than expected. I'm glad they were able to get me new tires on my vehicle without an appointment.

5 stars experience, as always. A flat tire, which was fixed really quick in 15 min. These guys rock !

Joey is awesome! I've had to purchase tires for two vehicles recently and I was advised to contact Joey at the Discount Tire store on SW Military Dr. and I'm glad I did! Joey listened to what I needed and was able to advise me about a better tire than I was considering and I'm very thankful! I'm confident in the safety of the tires and they look great! Employees, Robert, Anthony and Eunice were very helpful and showed concern for my safety. I did notice that in the past, the store had water for customers and I didn’t see any water this time. I also heard another customer comment on no water as the store used to provide.

Everything was great...

I was able to get in and be helped quickly, we went over pricing for tires and I was able to complete my purchase as well as have the new tires put on within the hour.

The service was quick

I had an appointment to replace a tire. Sébastien greeted me and looked up my info. My tire history was up to date so less than 5 min transition was done. Sébastien quoted me 45 min wait time, 30 min everything was done. I will continue to be Discount Tire customer.

David was very professional, knowledgeable. It was a great experience at a Discount Tire Store.

This is the place to go,when you want to be treated like a vip,for this is the type of service I have always seen at this store. They also breakdown the prices of everything you will need,like tires,rims,warrenties,ect. I almost always make an appointment and it does help with the wait time. The guys there are efficient, informative and friendly. I appreciate them always answering my questions and asking me questions to better help me.

This store is always very busy but great customer service always!

After booking an appointment online and getting there 35 minutes before my appointment, I had to wait over 2-hrs. to get my vehicle back.

This location goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! Daniel is a great team member and deserves all recognition!

Customer service and value of product out weigh anyone honestly. Hard to fInd good Customer service this day and age and value of everything is high but spend little more for better quality get longer satisfied results. WE ALL NEED OUR VEHICLES ! WE ALL NEED WHEELS ! We all pay for gas and not bus/bike/walk/blade/etc . . Or you wouldn't be reading this review. Soo honestly Discount Tire is the place to go! Specifically the mccreless location if your able. Makes wait time easier as well with convenience of location. Never in 7 years have I had an issue or any type of major complaint. Small ones yes but they always correct and take accountability when due. We're all humans - Karen.

Ive always used Discount Tire for my choice in tires, price and customer satisfaction. Ever since I bought my vehicle, I trust DT for safety, hassle-free service, and customer fulfillment. They will be recommended to everyone I know for their vehicles road and tire services needs.

I scheduled an appointment online to have a flat tire repaired. Unbeknownst to me, that helps in getting serviced faster because they are very focused and determined to get you taken care of as close to your appointment time as possible. Aside of that, as busy as they usually are, they had appointments available for the following day(even when setting it up in the late evening prior). So their commitment to good service quickly really does shine through. Logan assisted me and he was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly which made the experience even better. I left my tire as i didnt have a spare on the vehicle needing repair and Logan provided great curbside assistance and assured it would be taken care of quickly since i had an appointment. I did have to leave to run an errand and I was assured i would be contacted as soon as it was ready. No more than 30 minutes passed when i received my text that my tire was ready. Once i got back the tired had been replaced with a brand new one as it was irrepairable and my warranty covered that option. I only had to pay the nominal fee of $15 to apply a new warranty to my new tire and I was done. Great Customer service by Logan and the company as a whole for the quality they provide. I definitely tell anyone i can that tis is the place to go for any tire needs

Super friendly staff. I was met by Cory Gilbert who took care of me, I had all 4 tires replaced and was out in less than an hour. I will be coming back again when I need tires!!

Mike was very helpful when I called in. Quote was on point. All details on my order were explained to me. Before placing my order. Tires came in earlier and I was notified via email and by Mike over the phone. At that time he offered me an appointment for , to shorting my service time. Was out of there in under an hour. All employees were helpful at the time of my service appointment. Will return in the future for tire service.

I wouldn't dream of buying tires anyplace but Discount Tire. Large selection. Knowledgable sales associates. Clean stores. Accurate estimates of time needed. I get my tires checked every month and rely on the personnel to tell me how my tires are faring and making any suggestions. There are stores all over town and I use whichever one is convenient. I have confidence in their associates.
