Blake was very receptive of my needs and understood what it was that I wanted to do with my 2018 F-150. After adding a 2 inch leveling kit, the original Grapplers looked somewhat "smallish" on my truck. So he ordered two other sets of tires. Later that afternoon, he called me to the store to look at them and see which one would look better. I made the choice and then we installed one in the front to make sure there was no rubbing on the truck body. The staff even put on my wheel locks which had just come in that morning to my house. Now the truck looks even better with the new bigger Grapplers! I gladly paid the price difference! Blake's "can do" attitude and attention to customers' needs are attributes not easily found these days in customer service. He reflects great credit upon himself, the entire staff, and on Discount Tire. I will be recommending this location to my family , friends, and acquaintances.

Made appointment on-line for patching a slow leak. Greeted, fixed & out the door in about 30 minutes. We've been using Discount Tire for 30 years, we're a customer for life!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Rayquan was amazing! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the tires that I would need and what would work best for me. He expressed genuine care and concern and paid attention to detail. He quoted me an accurate wait time, gave me updates as I waited, answered any questions or concerns that I had, and also gave me great advice to maintain the life of my tires. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I took my car in to repair one tire and was convinced to buy all four on my 2022 vehicle. One of the four tires was not properly installed and considering several employees work on changing the tires, no one was able to catch that one of the front tires was incorrectly installed and was not exactly a brand new tire. Within 24 hours of the job done, I got a flat tire, had to find someone to change the tire and luckily it did not happen on the freeway which would have been a serious safety hazard. I don’t think Discount Tire values my safety and being a customer.

This location is my go-to Discount store due to their fast service and customer service.

Came to buy tires ,they sold me tires ,said they'd be ready in an hour ,hour later ,done
