I had a flat, no appt and I was in & out within an hour. GREAT STAFF!

I know it was late, but they mounted the tires to the wheels I brought in record time. Would have been nice it they had lined to the circles painted on the tire to the valve stem. Make balancing easier. Less weight needed. IF there are any troubles I will just return and I know it will be fixed.

I had a bad experience this time. I came in for flat repair. They used a plug to repair the hole and over inflated the tire to almost double the specified PSI. When I tried to address the issue the management didn't seem concerned. Amateur and shotty work with poor customer service. And who is Tomas?

My overall experience was great...I asked the customer service representative when I came in to have my tires rotated if they would also check my tire pressure ...he assured me that they would...when I received my vehicle back...the tire pressure had not been checked, so I had to turn around and go back to the store to have them complete this task.
