He explained what would be done, quoted me the price for the service and proceeded to take care of everything. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Quality Products, Prices and Service!

Great service

Have used this store before. Did 53,000 miles on the previous set I had selected. They gave me a good discount on the new set against the 70,000 mile warranty in the Pirelli. Sales staff, after quite some discussion, recommended Michelin this time. Comfort and quiet were my major considerations over wet/dry performance and longevity. Only time will tell if it was the correct choice. Both the old set and the Michelins were highly rated on those criteria, so decided to try the new. Staff were extremely friendly, professional, certainly not 'pushy'. Nothing but good things to say about the store.

Great service!

Definitely recommend. I had new wheels and tires installed on my truck that were slightly damaged either during shipping or installation. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he immediately ordered three replacement wheels and re-installed them at no charge. By making it right they have earned my repeat business for tires on all my vehicles going forward.

This store was recommended to me by my dealership when it was determined that I needed the car much earlier than the dealership could procure the appropriate tires. (The suggestion was enthusiastically seconded my neighbor who was cutting his lawn as I was leaving to go to Discount.) The store representative was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and very patient with an older first-time customer. I didn't have to wait an extraordinary length of time even though the service consisted of quite a bit more than simply changing a tire. The price for the services was quite reasonable. An important observation - the waiting area was quite clean and the chairs were comfortable. While I hope my need for new tires is infrequent, I will definitely return to Discount Tire should the need arise. I might even visit them to get new wiper blades in the future! I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and neighbors! PS. My dealership has lost a tire customer!

This was my first time at Discount Tire, and I won’t go to any other store from now on.

I ordered my tires on line. They went to the store closest to me and I set up a time at checkout to have them installed. I was notified when the tires ship and when they arrived in store. I shower up at my scheduled time and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the service and the store was clean and organized.
