Employee met me outside as soon as I pulled up. I only waited maybe 20 min to have my tires rotated and new wipers installed. I always enjoy good service no matter what State I’m in. Consistency in good service is gratifying.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Efficient check in process and spacious waiting area. With an appointment, I was at the store just over an hour from check in to departure, and had 2 new tires installed. Schedule an appointment if your situation allows and you'll spend less time waiting.

I am dissatisfied with the service due to the fact not just my tire pressure was not done (which leads me to believe a balance was not done) but also a rotation was not done either. Along with the service I just noticed 3 of my lug nuts were stripped (not stripped before I went there). And one of my lug nuts were replaced with someone else’s and not my original ones. I would like this issue to be resolved asap.
