I came in at a little after 5 with an unknown issue with my tires.. I was told They only had time to check one because of the time.. Well they went above and beyond and checked all 4 and Rebuilt the Valve stem that had a small leak.. This location has never really Dissapointed me, They always go the extra step to make sure I'm taken care of.. The Crew at this location is top Notch

The employees are helpful and process the work to be done timely. Plus they are dog friendly so I can wait inside with my Lucian who likes to lay on the cool floor.

While I have always had positive experiences with your staff, this most recent experience truly stood out thanks to Assistant Manager Chase Renshaw. Quite simply, Chase provided one of the highest levels of customer service I have ever experienced in any retail establishment, not just a tire store. He was energetic, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, and incredibly attentive to detail. His expertise regarding tires, services, and accessories was outstanding, and he handled every interaction with genuine professionalism and a positive attitude that is becoming far too rare these days. Discount Tire is extremely fortunate to have Chase representing your company. In a world where many people barely make eye contact anymore, Chase delivers old-school customer service with modern day efficiency. The young man clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. I initially worked with Chase back in February when purchasing 4 tires for my wife’s car, but unfortunately I never received a customer survey at that time.
