My experience was a total pleasure from start to finish. Employees worked quickly, kept me updated, replaced a tire valve when they probably could have convinced me I needed a new tire. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, feeling safer on the road, and had my faith in good, honest service restored. Love these guys!!!

Got new tires, One is leaky. I was told it's from removing and installing tire. (I. E. What they just did) And that some kind of glue would be added as a bandaid.. So you make my rim leak and instead of permanently fixing it you let me leave with a bandaid fix that might last a few days or weeks.. That's very disaapointing

I went into store to replace 2 front tires that were worn due to front end having been out of alignment. Hi pressure sales was forced on me to replace 2 rear tires that were like new and had just had state inspection at top rating for safety. They had almost perfect tread with hardly any wear on them. I am a female senior citizen. I definitely felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. The salesperson did not stop pressuring me to make an unneccesary purchase until I point blank told him that I was only going to buy 2 tires and to stop trying to sell me 4. I should have turned around and walked out of the store to go elsewhere.
