The staff was friendly, efficient, fast, knowledgeable about their tires and they all had on Christmas sweaters!! Even though they were slammed they all had smiles. Loved the holiday spirit!! Thank you all for the quick work!

Let me just start off by saying that I will 1000% never go back or recommend anyone I know to visit them! Went this am to get a new tire for the tire that blew last night. I was greeted by a gentleman named Tyler. And it started off all good but when I refused to buy all 4 tires instead of just the one I came in seeking for he became so unprofessional! By no means he had to start saying to me that “oh I don’t know if your car will make it that far” when I refused his sales and tried to explain that I’ll plan on this for the next few weeks. He was extremely pushy and I felt so pressed and talked down to. I ended up buying 2 tires and still he just kept on repeating “I’m just worried about your safety”. The place was packed and he just kept on throwing shade! VERY unprofessional and maybe because I’m a female he felt comfortable doing so. The only tire he had in stock was a $250 tire and that’s all…nothing else at all. After spending over $600 the least they could have done is cleaned up after themselves, both of those rear tires look sloppy! So it’s a definitive no for me to ever return there.

Excellent customer service. The price for my tires was the lowest at Discount Tire. Making an appointment had me in and out in less than an hour.

I already stated my experience previously. My biggest complaint is that you get your new computer system in order before you issue receipts. I would also like to continue to receive a printout of my receipt.
