Customer Reviews
Some months after purchasing/installing the new tires at Discount Tire, I took my GMC Denali to my neighborhood shop for replacement of brake rotors. At the shop, the garage manager discovered that two studs were snapped-off and missing from one of the rear wheels. TWO studs out of five were missing. Clearly an unsafe situation for a heavy SUV that weighs 6,000 pounds. I was never informed of the two snapped-off wheel studs while my new tires were being installed. I would have expected Discount Tire to contact me immediately, and urge me to replace the two missing studs. I am not saying Discount Tire broke the two studs. I have no idea how one wheel can suffer TWO broken studs? Perhaps they were over-tightened? It's a mystery. Nevertheless, I am bothered that the installer at Discount Tire did not promptly notify his Manager of the unsafe condition. And, then the Manager could notify me. Instead, I left Discount Tire with a vehicle that was dangerous on the road. I believe some re-training of tire installers is needed here. Ray A.
I wish I had never bought these. They have shook the vehicle from day one. Ive had discount tire rebalance and even replace two for being out of round. They still shake from 50-70mph. Id really like for a Bridgestone rep to see the runout on these and tell me its normal.
A little louder than my previous tires, but good so far.
Also ride dirt road and they ride good
Some vibrations when cold had these beyond never had that issue but still like them
