I came in because I had a nail in one of my tires and soon as I walked up to the Counter I was greeted by the Store Manager, Sione, and he came outside and tried to find the nail but he couldn’t and he asked me to pullover by the bays and one of the guys would put it on the rack! So I did that then went inside and waited about 45 min and a Service Tech called out my name and said they found the nail ok and my car was ready! It is a great service that they offer to repair your tire for no service charge…that’s unheard of in these times! I want to thank the Store Manager, Sione, for his really professional service that him and his crew gave to me! And I will be back to get my next set of tires at that Discount Tire Branch! Thank you! Amazing and quick service. Very knowledgeable and eager to please staff. They went above and beyond with ensuring customer satisfaction.

Although we were there a couple of hours, it was an unplanned stop for us (no appointment), having just popped a tire after I got out of surgery. The store was busy but took care of us and were very professional. The quote was accurate and once our car was taken back, the services were completed quickly and professionally and in accordance with the quote provided. It also was much cleaner than most tire/repair shops I have been to.

I have been a customer for many years through many vehicles. My most recent visit was for a new riding mower tire and I was not disappointed. Good job my go to store!!
