One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a retail store. I bought 4 new tires on their website and scheduled my installation on their website which was all very easy to do. I walked in at my appointment time and was served immediately. It took 13 minutes to complete the job and I was on my way. Everyone was friendly and I will use this company every time I have a need and highly recommend them.

The employees are very professional and keep you informed of your cars progress. When my tire pressure light goes on, I always go to Discount Tire for their free air pressure checks. I purchase my tires at Discount Tire and get the tire protection plan.

Always great prices and friendly, knowledgeable and speedy help by all in the Mooresville store. Free balance e and rotations with the purchase make it a no brainer!

Discount Tire Mooresville always gets the job done. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and takes care of you and your vehicle. Discount Tire also somehow is able to take care of your tires even after installation, providing rotations minor repairs air pressure check and even replacement free of charge in some cases. Mooresville also seems to manage your wait time and the garage space pretty well. Keep up the good work!

I used to be able to say I would recommend this store, but it has gone downhill. I do not write many reviews either. Too many issues this last time to go into in detail, but: booked balancing and rotation online a week before the appointment and spent over an hour waiting, poor customer service (lack of attention when checking in; waited for over 5 minutes to be addressed), and adjusted my air pressure in tires even when they were told when checking in not to touch the air pressure in tires (lack of attention, listening skills, or just laziness). Just not what it used to be in general.

Folks at the store are very knowledgeable and ready to help!
