I highly recommend this discount tire location I have coming here since 2014. My experience is always excellent. I worked with Mike, Alex and Taylor on my last visit on December 14th 2024.

Great job, Alex. I’m happy to say we’ve never had a bad experience at Discount Tire on University Parkway.

Both the front desk and tire tech were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in an out in less than an hour. More like a half hour. If you know a lot about tires, I recommend buying online and making appointment online.

I used the online portal to set up an appointment a week in advance. My car was not brought in to the service bay until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. I always expect to wait, so I brought something to read, but stating that wait times are shorter or non-existent by scheduling online was not true for me. My service was fine. Everyone was courteous and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. They know their jobs and service is great. They treat you as though you are important and lets you know what is going on the whole time your vehicle is worked on. I appreciate they knowledge and they service.
