I return to this store because I receive great service, attention to detail, and great prices. I have come to this store for over a decade for all the cars I own. I trust this store and will return. I like the app. I get notifications of the process my car is in the Que and I get reminders, ability to make appointments, and change them if needed. My favorite store!
We have visited the 59th and Union Hills location before and have always had a great experience. When we went to get our tire that had a nail stuck in it inspected for repair, the sales associate Etienne was very unpleasant. He spoke down to us about how we lacked maintenance on our vehicle therefore needed 4 brand new tires. He wasn’t being informative with what he was seeing during the inspection, instead he was being very harsh and making us feel like we should have known better when he is supposed to be the expert we go to for help. He was very adamant that we needed all new tires soon and that it was extremely dangerous and to not drive our car, but we just couldn’t afford that at the time. I feel sorry if he has treated anyone else like this if that is his way of helping customers. Having to get repairs or replacements is already stressful and to be made to feel like incompetent car owners wasn’t necessary.
Fabulous service, expertise, concern, professionalism, and always kind.

I booked an online appointment for install of 4 tires after being told it's faster doing it online. My appointment was for 11:00 am. I arrived at the store at 10:25 Am. There were 2 people in front of me with one of those 2 already being helped. There was only one line. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes before I was helped. I walked through what I needed done with a tech. He told me that I would need to click a link that was sent via text to track my truck through the process. I immediately opened and verified the link was working and was told my truck would be ready in an hour. Thankfully my sister followed me so I wouldn't be stuck at the store so we left. It was 10:50 by the time I left the store and noticed the time on the tracker said it would be done at 12:04. OK no problem we went shopping. At 12:00, I checked my tracker and noticed it still said waiting to be serviced. I got back to my sister's car and called the store. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes after just asking the status of my truck. I hung up and ended up calling back. My truck hadn't even been touched. It was now 12:15 and I was told it would be ready by 1 pm. Nothing but an apology for this whole thing. I drove past the store at 12:30 and my truck was just then being pulled into the bay. I showed up at 1 and it still was not done. I did not get my truck back until 1:20. For an 11 AM appointment it makes no sense why my truck wasn't touched until almost an hour and a half later. What's the point of an appointment then? You should also have 2 lines available. 1 for walk ins and 1 for people who are dropping off/picking up. Disorganization, and the lack of trying to accommodate at all will make me think twice about using discount tire after these certs I pay for expire or are used. I spent $400+ dollars on just an install and 4 certs and had my time wasted with nothing but a "Sorry". Do better.
