Preston was AWSOME when I called. Other Discount location (first time ever experienced this at a Discount) even with an online appt., was informed would be there for another 4-5 hours. Called another location and Preston confirmed they had the tires I wanted, said to come on down and they had me on my way back to Payson in less than an hour. Been buying with Discount for 20+ years and will always be a loyal customer, thanks to people like Preston, caring employees and excellent service!!

This is the most amazing, extremely well managed, tire business. I always leave there with a big smile. They treat you like royalty! The manager, with the magnificent blue eyes, make sure that all employees are highly trained to provide the best service possible including the sales staff, the guys who do the free air and check your tires like Tyler, and those that do the free tire repairs. If you need tire service the Discount Tire at 70th and Shea in Scottsdale is definitely the place to go for all of your tire needs and purchases!

Store managers Chase, Reyes & John - go above and beyond to provide proper service. In my situation, I was seeking a set of 4 tires to replace on my daily driver. I had picked the same tire recommended by Discount about 2 years ago...(Discount brand - reliable and durable). When I arrived at shop for service, only 2 were in stock - so Reyes called around and went to pick up 2 others of same model at a nearby store. This type of initiative is what can be expected from Discount on a regular basis. I am grateful that Reyes made the suggestion to wait for 30 minutes, rather than having to return on another day. Thanks Reyes and Chase and John - you represent the best of Discount's customer service.

I have been a client of Discount tires for years and have been a regular customer of the Discount Tire in Scottsdale on Shea Blvd for my vehicles since moving to the area in years past. The store is well organized, the people are attentive, and the service is quick and efficient.

Super quick and efficient experience!

Basic experience good. However, they replaced my bad tire but never checked the other 3 tires. I received a warning that the air in my tires were low. I would have exited all my tires to be checked. Have to make a separate trip to have tires filled to proper pressure.
