Went in after I randomly ran over something in the road and blew out my tires. An expense I was not planning on paying for and was feeling incredibly overwhelmed. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with a smile from Brad and his thoughtfulness continued throughout. What should have been a very discouraging event, ended up being painless and incredibly helpful. Brad was compassionate and empathetic to my situation and helped me find the best deal.
