The customer service @ N Scottsdale shop was great. I had tire repair done and all the guys were friendly and professional. They gave me some good information but did not push any "new tire" sale on me. Chip shared where I was at on tread & said I was good for a while based on my mileage. We will definitely buy tires when ready from this location.

THIS STORE TOTALLY HAS ITS ACT TOGETHER...COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE...AND, THEY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. YOU NEED TIRE ASSIST. THIS IS WHERE TO GO.

Great service. Fast!

Once finding the proper entrance point, things went well. This is in a convoluted shopping center with no real signage/directions. The line of cars we waited in for 45 minutes was for tire air checks. The only sign noting this was turned sideways and not noticeable. That technician had to tell us to go around to the other side of the building. There is nothing on the website as to how to access the main entrance.

The best experience I had in the store was when they price matched the same tires I had found online. Saved nearly $200.

It's always a nice experience when I need tires to come here. I am very picky with my cars ( type A person) and they always take care of this old man. I been using this store for many years and they always have great service and price.

All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The young man who helped me upon arrival was knowledgeable and helped me find the right tire for me. He even found a discount for me!!! I always go to Discount Tires. This one was exceptional.

Waited over 30 minutes after my “appointment” time to be seen. Tech mis-diagnosed the issue with my tire. Had to take it to a wheel and tire store elsewhere for proper diagnosis.
