New Tires and Wheel Store in Tempe, AZ 85282

On the morning of 08/09/2025, I had a blowout and needed to replace my tire. Christian helped me that day, and I truly appreciate the time he took to talk me through my options. As a full-time grad student, money is tight, and he helped me make a cost-conscious decision by purchasing two tires instead of just one. However, after leaving, I noticed that my car didn’t feel right and I became nervous about driving it. On Monday morning, before work, I stopped back in. That’s when Javin, the assistant manager, helped me. I explained my concerns, and he patiently listened, then took the time to educate me about tire rotations and pressures. Javin reassured me that he would make it right. After checking, he explained that I truly needed a third tire, but I told him it would have to wait financially. Instead of just sending me on my way, Javin figured out a solution. He told me, “I’m going to make sure that you get back on the road safely,” and he absolutely did. I left feeling taken care of, safe, and truly valued as a customer. Thank you, Christian and Javin, for your professionalism, patience, and care.

Discount is the very best when it comes to customer service & exceptional prices! Took my tire to Big-O and was going to be taken to the cleaners. I gave a quick call and learned I could save a lot at Discount, and they were a lot friendlier than B-O. Glad I price checked!

I would like to thank the entire sales staff at the Southern and McClintock store. I came in for two tires that I had purchased online and made an appointment. They got me in fast and they were also able to correct a lug nut issue that was caused by another store when my sister had two other tires replaced. I am very thankful for that. The staff was professional, courteous and informative and the shop always performs quality work. That's getting hard to find these days and it's noticeable.

This store is amazing, I’ve done business with this store multiple times since moving close to this location. The staff and management of this store are by far the best of all the stores I have visited over the years. Connor and another employee that his name starts with a V are unbelievably knowledgeable and very professional. Everyone I’ve dealt with at this location are a huge asset to your company.

It took the sales person 30 minutes to find a record of me buying tires from them 6 months prior because of a “computer error”. They also snapped off one of my lug nuts and sent me to a mechanic which only had quick availability at their Gilbert location to get the lug fixed, an hour round trip of driving to get to/from. This location also always leaves my car filthy after they’re done with it. Fingerprints and black marks on my paint and wheels every time.
