This store is amazing, I’ve done business with this store multiple times since moving close to this location. The staff and management of this store are by far the best of all the stores I have visited over the years. Connor and another employee that his name starts with a V are unbelievably knowledgeable and very professional. Everyone I’ve dealt with at this location are a huge asset to your company.

They took care of my tire immediately while I waited..supurb service.. Years ago, I had met Bruce Halle many years ago and operated video cameras at the annual Discount Tire Christmas parties at the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix.

Went in for a tire inspection for one that is constantly losing PSI. Tire was tested and determined it was due to something when it was installed. Store had a new one delivered the next day and swapped it at no charge. Been a customer for years...always great service and prices.

Wait times are extremely inaccurate. Dropped my car for a flat tire repair at 10:10 am and was told it would be done by 11:30 am. I had appointments at 12 and expected my car to be done. Arrived at the store at 11:30 and was told it was not ready, it wasn’t even touched and was still waiting in the lot. I only got a call at 12:35 saying my car was done and had to spend money on other transportation due to their unreliable service.

Went to store to have one tire looked at. DT found and screw in it, repaired it and added windshield wipers. All of this done an 45 minutes.

I have had 2/2 great experiences here! The first time, they patched a tire for me, free of charge. The second time, I had to buy all new tires. I was not pressured into anything and was treated with kindness. As a woman, many other car shops have treated me like a dumb girl and have been (forcibly) up-charged. The staff here is unlike any other car shop I've been to! When buying tires, I was walked through what options were best for me. I really appreciate the staff member giving me his honest reviews and insight. On top of that, it only took an hour to get the new tires (and wind shield wipers) installed! Very quick and efficient. *I was a walk-in and there were about five other people before me needing service.
