I have generally received good service at this store. The sales people seem to be very knowledgeable about the tires.

As a customer of the McClintock and Southern store for many years I trust them and have received informative and efficient care to every vehicle I have taken in.

Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. Service is efficient with times as they stated or better. I am a satisifed return customer!

Zero water in frig. Many of the workers came in to get water, no water.

I did not have full peace of mind on my trip to San Diego because I did not know if all 4 of the brand new premium tires were balanced due to the fact that they did not email me the receipt; much less print it out. The workers are all busy which I like seeing. But, they need to tighten it up with the paperwork and customer service.
