Only store (Discount Tire) that I have purchased tires for my vehicles SINCE 1992. Multiple vehicles from Truck, Ford and a suite of Toyota vehicles. 34-year loyal customer and i am super critical on service experiences. Recently, Daniel reminded myself and other clients to make sure they purchase the correct tire sizes when shopping online. I didn't, which was my issue. Daniel turned it around and I got excellent new tires when my appoinment was ready. Positive: I only had one issue and that worked itself out nicely due to the service provided by your team at that time. My experience also is, people need to check their attitude at the door as these folks try their best to take care of your tire service needs. I didn't catch his name (possibly a manager), he was a good dude that shut the shades so I wasn't melting in the heat while waiting. He handled an escalated issue with another client perfectly.
