Awesome experience and great customer service.

Always polite and prompt. Willing to go above and beyond, such as snapping a wheel cover into place that I'd bought elsewhere and couldn't figure out. Willing to check air pressure whenever I've asked. Fair prices and willing to discuss options on tire purchases. I have never felt that they have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge of automotive things. If they ever expand to include more services I'll be the first in line! Thank you, Discount Tire.

I made an appointment via phone two days prior to coming into the location. Upon scheduled arrival i was greeted kindly and professionally. There was no hard sale tactics to upgrade from my chosen tire product. I was in and out of the store under 30 minutes - it's to your advantage to schedule service appointments two / three days before coming to the store for a faster turn around time. I couldn't be more pleased with my customer experience at this location - kudos to this team per this location - my sincere thanks and gratitude.

Outstanding service. I purchased my tires from Discount Tire about 10 months ago. Recently I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I contacted Discount Tire and they fixed my leak and had me going again in no time. Best yet there was no charge. The La Mesa store's staff is top of the line. They are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and they get you in and out quickly. I will use Discount Tire for all my vehicles tire needs.

I have been going here for at least 50 yrs and my father went before that. I don't even bother to go anywhere else; I know I will always get the best deal and am always offered options to type of tire, mileage, cost, etc. So easy!

It was amazing: I drove in with a flat tire at 5:20 and they wee closing at six. Adam assessed my tires and told me I needed all 4 replaced . No one wants to hear that, but I already trusted discount tire, but Adam took me to a chart and explained the issues with my tires and then gave me choices and reviews of tires to choose from. Even thought they were about to close they all made sure I had me new tires on by closing at 6 so I would not have to get a ride home and come back the next day. There were several customers in when I got there . My car was done at 6 and I was thanking the man who put the tires on my car because he worked right up to the last minute and he said; that's ok; I would rather be sure you have safe tires on your car. If you have to have new tires, this is the only place to get them. I purchased the tire replacement policy which was a bargain and I do feel really safe in my Subaru now.

I had a 930 am appointment, got there at 912 am. I was driving out the lot at 935 am. It was like a nascar pit crew was working on my tuck. Great job LA Mesa Discount Tire!

I made an appointment and showed up about 20 minutes early, but I was helped right away. My car was examined quickly and, when it was determined that I needed new tires, had the tires put on quickly. I chose tires in the "Better" category and was not pressured to buy the higher mileage and more expensive tires in the "Best" category.

Wow this was fast and easy. Ordered online and was in and out in 10 minutes. They employed I dealt with was friendly and attentive. All the employees were happy and having a great time at work. I will definitely be back.

The staff here were friendly and were able to answer all of my questions about the repair work needed on my tire. This was the first time I had ever had a punctured tire before and luckily I was able to call ahead to make sure that this type of job was something they could do. The guy on the phone immediately put me at ease and told me to come in to have the mail in my tire removed and patched for no cost! The staff were all friendly and immediately put me at ease. Within a couple of hours (long wait due to lots of appointments and “walk ups” such as myself) my car was ready to go. I didn’t mind the wait and could see why there was such a long wait, every staff meme we there made customers feel welcomed and were friendly. They even checked my other tires to make sure they were all safe and sound for my long drive. I will highly recommend Discount Tire to all of my friends and family!

The customer is King here! Everyone is very courteous, and they service their customers with urgency. I was quoted 45 minutes and the job was completed in 25 minutes. Under-promise and over-deliver! I love it!

Had hit something bad on the freeway, called this store and was told I could come in as a walk in. Had to replace the tire and with about an hour and 45 minutes left until they closed up shop, the team at this store made it happen! I am so appreciative of Byron and the entire service team at this store!

My only negative was that I had an appointment but was told to go and wait by my vehicle even though it was 85-90 degrees outside. I then waited for 10 minutes at my car for someone to take my information. Once helped, the rest of the experience was positive.

had a flat tire. Went to store to get it either replaced or repaired. Showed me a puncture in the sidewall so couldn't repair it. I did have certificate of insurance on the tires. The salesman was very willing to help me choose a tire to replace it with. had me with a new tire (only a minimal charge as the one I wanted was a bit more expensive than what I had. The insurance covered 90% of the cost. In and out in under an hour and a half.
