I have never encountered a dealership where every employee demonstrates such exceptional dedication and commitment. Their primary objective is to provide prompt vehicle servicing while maintaining unwavering standards of safety. Despite the inconvenience of an hour-long drive, I consistently choose to patronize this establishment.

Corey helped me on Saturday and was extremely helpful. The store was very busy and his calm demeanor was very impressive. I had an appointment and was out of there with 4 new tires in less than 45 minutes. These guys are the best!

EVERY single employee was super helpful, friendly and out going to meet our needs. The wait is what it is but not terrible and they are pretty close to the time they tell you. Making an appointment online is always best, but this time I had to do differently, but I recommend that opportunity if possible.

Matt and the crew at Discount Glenwood were great. Had an appt, they got the car in probably within 10 min and I was out of there in under an hour for four tires mounted and balanced. Matt remembered me and my car from a phone call a few days earlier. Great service!

Was charged over $400 more than I was quoted over the phone as an out the door price I paid it but will never have anything to do with discount tire

I have always liked Discount Tire, and I've been buying tires for 40+ years. And will continue to go to Discount Tire.

I don't even understand why they would schedule times when they are not able to follow appointments. Sat there for over an hour with an appointment for a tire rotation and balance and watched several walk ins with different tire issues get bumped in front of mine. I had taken two hours off work to do this and had to leave an hour after I got there with a scheduled appointment. Never even got it done and then got a call 45 minutes after I left saying they were looking for my car to pull it in. That's almost 2 hours after for a tire rotation. Worst experience.
