Absolutely great experience with Discount Tires in Highlands Ranch. The store was full of actual human workers! Doing customer service AND car service! It made everything move so quickly, and they were patient and professional. The place was packed with customers so I thought I'd be there a long time, but they had me in and out in no time, and with little cost because I'd bought the certificate for life of the tire protection coverage. I can't remember the last time I had a good shopping experience ANYWHERE. It seems everywhere you go, stores don't want to pay for workers, so they only have one or two overworked schlubs who don't have the time or energy to actually provide customer service. This place was like stepping back in time to when treating people right was important. I overheard them on phone calls being extra patient while others were zipping around and getting things fixed. I'd highly recommend them.

Great service and communication even though my tires were delayed in shipment. They had me in and out with in an hour (with an appointment). Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment and paid in advance for the tires I selected by calling the number on the website. I was glad I did because we got the first snowstorm that very day and the store was packed. Great, fast service.

This location was extremely busy, on a Friday in late October with snow in the forecast. I had an appointment, and they honored the appointment time, and had my car done in less than half an hour. I sincerely appreciate that during what was an extremely busy day. I also appreciate the care with which my winter wheels and tires were mounted, the torque was precisely set, the hubs were cleaned with a wire brush, and that level of detail is the reason I trust them with my business.

While researching tires for my Toyota 4Runner, I spoke with an employee on the phone. I had an idea of what I wanted, and asked for similar suggestions. She even shared information regarding promotional pricing. I purchased my Yokohama Geolanders online and scheduled an appointment. The location kept me advised regarding receipt of the tires via text. Upon realizing that I had a conflict with my appointment, I was helped not once but twice on the phone by Greg. I ended up with a Saturday appointment. I was surprised to be in and out in only 42 minutes! I was prepared to be settled in for longer on a busy Saturday. Our family has been happy Discount Tire customers for several years now for 3 vehicles. This convenient location has become my new "home" shop. They are friendly and professional!

I bought 4 tires online and scheduled the install appointment online. I showed up at the appointment time, they were very busy, but held the appointment time and installed my tires within 45 minutes. That's quick for installing, balancing 4 tires! Their tire warranty and replacement is unbeatable.

They took care of me immediately and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Very professional and really care about serving their customers. Highly recommend!

This store is great. I had 4 new tires installed in less than 30 minutes. I like the way these guys hustle and get their work done.

Noah and Sage took great care of me. Sage went the extra mile to reimburse me for a lost wheel lock tool since my last visit. We’re not sure what happened but he took responsibility and apologized for the inconvenience. Top notch service and I do not mind waiting for this level of service. My wait, by the way, was less than quoted and surprisingly quick. I bring 3 cars to these guys with good reason.

Exceeded expectations as usual! Great tires, great price, great employees.

Very poor customer service! They were unable to resolve an issue I had with the tires they sold, in a timely manner. I had to go back to the store more than 3 times and speak to the manager before they gave me some sort of (poor) solution, after saying they would call with an update, which they never did. They don’t pay attention to details. After changing out my tires, they didn’t secure the hubcaps properly, and they came off immediately after leaving the store.

My son had a flat tire that we brought in and AS ALWAYS in our family experience, we were helped by this associate quickly, effectively, efficiently and with friendliness and expertise. We LOVE this location and recommend all to come visit it. Snow Tire season is here and will will be coming back with all our vehicles

Great service with friendly staff that are time conscious with your schedule. If any part of the experience doesn’t meet the initial standards, they are quick to resolve the issue by providing satisfactory solutions.
