About Our Tire Shop

We have you covered for tires and rims at the Ocala Discount Tire in the Gateway Plaza. We’re located at the northwest corner of Southwest 27th Avenue and Southwest College Road (route 200), next to Michaels and across from the Shady Oaks Shopping Center.

Stopping in for a flat tire repair or free air pressure check and inspection? Our four service bays are fully equipped and ready to handle the wheel and tire service your car needs. Watch from our waiting area where you can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. If you prefer, Dollar Tree, T.J. Maxx, Cold Stone, Checkers, Best Buy, and Bed Bath & Beyond are all nearby!

Walk-ins are always welcome, or you can schedule an appointment in advance.

I researched which tires I wanted then searched for pricing and installation. Discount Tire was the same price as Tirerack and DT’s install cost was less. Plus we travel and there were other Discount Tire shops along the routes we take in case we had an issue.

Although the employees I felt with were great, they unfortunately scratched 3 out of 4 of my wheels. This is my first time using discount or another shop in general. My previous shop I normally deal with had never scratched my wheels. The only reason I used Discount was I got BFGs and they are a dealer. There is no excuse for scratching wheels. If you can’t deal with the size of the wheel (20x10) simply say that and don’t attempt it.
