I researched which tires I wanted then searched for pricing and installation. Discount Tire was the same price as Tirerack and DT’s install cost was less. Plus we travel and there were other Discount Tire shops along the routes we take in case we had an issue.

Dyane was most helpful. As we waited to have tires installed, we were sent a link, allowing us to track the progress of our service. We waited in the store, but that link would have allowed us to visit other stores nearby, but still track the progress of our service. Very inventive.

Booked tires and appointment online and they had my keys at the appointment time and delivered and finished at the ETA they gave me. All in all would recommend to friends

store was neat and clean ,staff was friendly and helpful ,i was greeted upon arrival and checked in and work started shortly afterwards the tires were installed quickly and i was out in less than 45 minutes ,i bought tires online and had them shipped to the store and had road Hazzard warranty added, was asked when getting my car if i had any questions ,would do again very please very easy fast and hassle free.

Purchased my tires online through Tire Rack. They were seamlessly integrated with Discount Tire so I was easily able to schedule delivery and install. The quoted install price was very reasonable. Discount Tire was clean and efficient. It was a great all around experience.

Always a positive experience have been a loyal customer since the early 90s They sell you what you want, not what they want to sell you. And they NEVER open your hood! Always a great value they stand behind their warranty. No questions asked I recommend 100%. Service is exceptional! Have had the cheapest tires they offer to their finest, both trailer and vehicle, and all of them have met or exceed expectations. Be sure to book an appointment you will be in and out in less than an hour. With all four tires mounted, balanced, and out the door. Have had to show up as a walk-in in many situations and still extremely helpful with a little bit longer wait depending on the day. I recommend trying the windshield wipers they sell, I have the silicone ones on now for 5 months and still rocking no streak’s or tears. Florida sun and rain.
