New Tires and Wheel Store in Ormond Beach, FL 32174

I recently visited the Discount Tire location in Ormond Beach, FL hoping for quick and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite the waiting area being empty, I was completely ignored by an employee named James at the counter. He did not acknowledge me at all, and when I asked for help, he told me he was busy and asked for patience—even though no other customers were being helped at the time. He also mentioned that the free air tire check service was keeping him busy all day, yet I noticed other employees outside handling air checks, so there was no reason for him not to assist me or at least acknowledge my presence. I was there for a different service, and his dismissive attitude made me feel undervalued as a customer. Customer recognition and communication should be a basic standard, regardless of how busy the staff claims to be. I later spoke with the store manager Curtis about this issue. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience for others.

I bought tires on the website and booked an appointment for installation the next day. When I pulled up and saw how busy they were I did not have much of an expectation to get out of there quickly but I was wrong. Whatever kind of training they receive , along with the fact the employees were doing their job which made them a lot more efficient, Discount actually having the wear with all to invest in technology made the whole process run more smoothly. The whole experience was excellent. It was a very nice surprise. Y'all keep it up, y'all are working hard and it shows.

As a first time customer I was very impressed with the store process to buy and mount new tires, as well as the friendly, professional and efficient employees Chase and Camryn.

The employees were great. This is by far the shortest time I’ve ever spent getting four tires and an alignment. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend this stor 100%.
