I bought tires on the website and booked an appointment for installation the next day. When I pulled up and saw how busy they were I did not have much of an expectation to get out of there quickly but I was wrong. Whatever kind of training they receive , along with the fact the employees were doing their job which made them a lot more efficient, Discount actually having the wear with all to invest in technology made the whole process run more smoothly. The whole experience was excellent. It was a very nice surprise. Y'all keep it up, y'all are working hard and it shows.

As a first time customer I was very impressed with the store process to buy and mount new tires, as well as the friendly, professional and efficient employees Chase and Camryn.

Anytime I visit this store, I am greeted with knowledge and always given an estimated wait time, which I'm always out prior to the estimated wait time. Everyone I've dealt with at this store is extremely nice, whether they are swamped with customers or just a few customers.
