I was in Atlanta for a wedding and picked up a nail in my tire. Discount Tire fixed my tire and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I live in Asheville, and we have had a tough time lately with the effects of Hurricane Helene. The great service I received from Discount Tire was a welcome ray of sunshine.

Every person I dealt with from the gentlemen on the phone the day before, to the associate who checked me in, to the technician who gave me my keys/car was stellar! I will definitely be coming back. Also the facility was spotless and had plenty of wifi so I could check in with work while I waited - which was less than 30 minutes!

I have been using this location for a few years, and it has almost always been a great experince. The store is always clean, and the staff helpful. They almost always get me in and out quickly even when I don't make an appointment.

I think this is the best customer service I have ever had. You can't beat being met in the parking lot and my car going right into the bay. (I had bought the tires and booked online.) They recognized my car as it drove in parking lot and met me before I had turned my car off. 20 min in and out for full 4 tire change out and switch out the spare. And they know how to drive a manual transmission- I always cringe watching other people try to drive my truck. But these guys knew what they were doing. 6 of 5 stars.

This store installed a lug nut backward when I purchased my tires, necessitating them to break the stud to get the wheel off when I came in for balance/ rotation. I then had to go to my mechanic to have another stud installed, then come back with my receipt for reimbursement-- which was given quickly and courteously. But then, come to find out, my tires were not even balanced!! So, I then had to go back to my mechanic for balancing, just because at that point I didn't want to waste more time going back to Discount Tire-- A simple balance/ rotation ended up costing me time and money I shouldn't have had to spend. Very disappointed.
