I was in Atlanta for a wedding and picked up a nail in my tire. Discount Tire fixed my tire and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I live in Asheville, and we have had a tough time lately with the effects of Hurricane Helene. The great service I received from Discount Tire was a welcome ray of sunshine.

Every person I dealt with from the gentlemen on the phone the day before, to the associate who checked me in, to the technician who gave me my keys/car was stellar! I will definitely be coming back. Also the facility was spotless and had plenty of wifi so I could check in with work while I waited - which was less than 30 minutes!

I have been using this location for a few years, and it has almost always been a great experince. The store is always clean, and the staff helpful. They almost always get me in and out quickly even when I don't make an appointment.

I think this is the best customer service I have ever had. You can't beat being met in the parking lot and my car going right into the bay. (I had bought the tires and booked online.) They recognized my car as it drove in parking lot and met me before I had turned my car off. 20 min in and out for full 4 tire change out and switch out the spare. And they know how to drive a manual transmission- I always cringe watching other people try to drive my truck. But these guys knew what they were doing. 6 of 5 stars.

Probably not coming back. Tech unable to get wheel covers off. No one showed much concern. Had to come back a second time to finish work. Wait times quoted not accurate.

I came in with a screw in my tire. I made a reservation online but actually ended up arriving 10 minutes early and got in 5 minutes earlier. I was delighted when it was explained to me that if it was repairable without replacing the tire there would be NO CHARGE. The shop seemed very busy but my vehicle was dealt with promptly and I was sent on my way. Thank you for your high quality of service.

Very disappointed with my experience. I was told on the phone this is a no appointment store. They only accept walk ins, which I was told the same when I arrived by who attended me. Then as my car was ready the sales person comes and tells me my bolts were messed up and had been replaced. Not that I needed them prior to them being changed. Which is so odd given that I only come to the same location for my rotation and I has never been told this before. So it was damaged by the tech that day and I had to come out of pocket $75 which I only had $100 left for groceries. Never have I been caught of guard by this company with things I need. This was so unacceptable and makes me not want to refer anyone or come back. My family has for the past 20 years been a discount tire supporter but after this I don’t feel comfortable going back to be in the same boat.

The only store I’ll ever go to for all my tire needs. It all started with them doing a free repair of a puncture in one of my tires many years ago.
