Christopher made my first visit to this location an ease! Will definitely be back for all future needs and routine service for my tires.

My go to shop for all my tire needs. I use my own vehicle daily as a courier/delivery driver. So, I visit this shop often for free tire pressure checks and air refills, tire repair and replacement, and windshield wiper replacement. I love that they now do alignment here, as well. I've had that service done here, too. The customer service is consistent every time I visit; Always courteous and professional. They give accurate wait times and don't mess around with getting the job done in the given time frame. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable, and always clean. It wouldn't hurt to have a vending machine or complimentary snacks and beverages (coffee, water, cookies, etc.) for customers who choose to wait at the store, though. I never feel scammed here. The employees seem honest and the prices are always reasonable. Overall, great shop. As long as they stay consistent and keep up the great work, this will continue to be my favorite tire shop.

Always excellent and quick service

I had a nail in my tire and drove to Discount Tire to get this fixed. I waited about an hour for them to get my car in the bay. At that time, the salesman told me this tire was not something fixable. I asked if they could put the the tire back on but he told me they could not since they already took apart the tire and it would be a safety concern. I asked if they could put the spare on and he said they could not since the spare was manufactured 10 years ago and it would be a safety concern. I asked him what my options were and he said he could get me a tire for $120 and I could return it for a refund with no issues. I returned to this location in a couple days to return the tire since my original tire was able to be fixed by the original supplier. I was then informed that they do not do refunds and my only option was either a different tire or store credit. After some back and forth, I opted for the store credit. Upon checking the receipt, they refunded me 70% of my original payment back for store credit. There were several opportunities for them to turn this into a positive experience but failed to do so - It's unfortunate that they weren't able to deliver on their fixing for free policy. Instead, they left me with no options except to purchase a tire from them despite the fact that my tire WAS able to be fixed. - The salesman told me I could return this tire for a refund despite the fact that they actually can't. At worst, this was false advertising. At best this is an employee that lacked sufficient training. - Instead of granting the full amount in the form of store credit, they deducted the cost of the certificate, disposal fee, and installation. I was never told in the original sale that the certificate was included in the price. I'm not sure why a disposal fee was charged when I took my original tire with me, and it's disappointing that I only got 70% of my original payment in the form of store credit when it was initially communicated that I'd get 100% refunded. Overall, while I did receive some store credit, I can't say I was happy with the level of service provided. Discount Tire was a brand that I've always had positive experiences and a company I was confident to recommend to friends and family. Based on this experience, I'm not sure this is a company I'd continue to recommend.
