This was my first time at Discount Tire. A great experience! I appreciate people who are good at what they do… this is the place to go for tires. Tyler was awesome. I scheduled an appointment online and this is definitely the way to go. Quick service. I’ll be back soon for tires on my second vehicle.

My experience with Christian was outstanding from start to finish. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer care throughout the entire process. Christian took the time to carefully inspect my tires and thoroughly explain their condition. His attention to detail made me feel confident that my vehicle was being properly evaluated, and I appreciated the effort he put into ensuring that I understood the situation. In addition to the inspection, Christian was very knowledgeable and helped me determine the best model of tires for my vehicle. He explained the different options available, including the benefits of each type, which made it much easier for me to make an informed decision. I never felt rushed during the conversation, and he made sure that the tires he recommended would best fit my driving needs and vehicle specifications. What stood out the most about my experience was Christian’s patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. He remained courteous and attentive throughout the entire process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed before moving forward. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to great customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the support he provided.

Ordered tire. Got notification in the morning for my installation appointment. Got there and they said tire wasn’t in. Why was I sent appointment reminder. Called corporate CS. They apologized for their error and said manager would call me. The manager never called. When I went for my second appointment the tire WAS there and they installed it. Why would I ever go back to Discount Tire again?

Had purchased a set of tires 6000 miles earlier at this same store and needed to come in for a rotation. My experience during the purchase of the tires convinced me that they would be the ones to go to when it came time to rotate. The rotation was completed in less than 30 minutes. My only quibble is that the technician said he’d checked my tire inflation and that they were all at the proper level. Not so but I fixed that when I got home.

I recently visited Discount Tire to purchase four new tires, get an alignment, and replace all four TPMS sensors, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jesus greeted me and my husband immediately upon arrival and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire visit. His professionalism stood out—he made sure we fully understood what we were purchasing and that we felt confident with every step of the process. Jesus estimated the installation would take about an hour and a half, and he was spot on. He even offered to personally call me when my vehicle was ready instead of sending a text, which I really appreciated. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Although my usual location is in Snellville, this location truly exceeded my expectations. I left completely satisfied and will definitely consider returning here in the future. Highly recommend!

Fast and curtesy services as always. I have been using this particular Discount Tire store for my tire needs since 2002. 7 sets of tires later, the folks in the stores are still providing the same consistent good services.
