Clean store. Friendly non pressure service. They even hand torque the lug nuts. The only place I would buy tires in Suwanee or Lawrenceville.

Never called me to tell me my car was finished. I called the store but no answer so I had to pick it up the next day.

Made appointment online and my tire was repaired earlier than the time given.

Conveniently located, but the workmanship is pretty poor. (1) They used to overinflate tires. I have to adjust the tire pressure again by myself. (2) They over-torque the lug bolts. I had to loosen the bolts and retorque them with a torque wrench. Some of the bolts were incredibly tight and almost impossible to loosen without a high-torque impact wrench. (3) I booked online but the time slot was not honored and had to wait almost 2 hours. (4) One of the balance weights was installed in the wrong location and interfered with the caliper, causing a noise. I visited the store again, but I had to wait 2 hours again to be serviced.

Service provided met my expectations. Agent was professional in their approach and I would recommend Discount Tire without hesitation.
