I've used Discount Tire many times. I usually have a certain tire in mind from my research and I will ask the Associate if he has anything that would be comparable at a comparable price. The Associate shows me several different types of tires while explaining the pros and cons of each brand and then lets me decide.

Very Good Experience!

The site is clean, workers are knowledgeable, *and* when my tires came in early they moved my appointment up and got me in sooner. They rotate tires and now it says alignment too.

My interaction with Chad was a refreshing change from many store experiences. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and personable. He made getting tires a pleasant experience.

I was able to get in and out quickly. We had ordered tires through tire rack, so we just had our tires delivered there and booked our appointment online. I've been to Discount Tires in a different state and neither were different with the friendliness and cleanliness! Definitely recommend!

Very curtius very efficient with good prices

Called for pricing and they were able to price match the dealer and offer me more of a less price. Made the appointment. From start to finish the service received from the staff was great. I went there to get my tires balance. After driving for about 3 days now, I am very satisfied with their service. Smooth riding from now. They balanced my tires the right way. I will definitely recommend.

Easy to select tires online and schedule appointment. The staff was great at communicating pricing and timelines with follow up calls. The store was busy while I waited and the staff helped every customer quickly but still addressing their issues in a detailed manner.

The manager saw to getting our travel trailer replaced and mounted in a timely fashion!

We had a slow leak in one of our tires so we took it in to be fixed. Ryan and the guys noticed a split in the inner sidewall and called the tire manufacturer. They agreed to reimburse us for the tire and we would pay for mounting and balancing. These guys went above and beyond to help us out with our problem as quickly as possible. Good to know that there are still people willing to help others out! Thanks guys!

Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous during the appointment scheduling and face-to-face sales portion. Tire work actually took less time than first stated. Little hiccup on the after sales checkout but not enough to stop me from shopping at Discount/America's Tires in the future.

The staff are great, knowledgeable, and quick. I've never had an issue. The prices are fair and pretty unbeatable. They're so friendly and make you feel welcome the second you walk through that door. Wait times are very reasonable for the service provided and they by far beat the competition in the area. Great place to go if you don't understand tires, beside the free inspections going on outside, they will help you understand what you need and address all safety issues with you before, during and after your service. Highly recommended.
